Oryginalny obraz powstał prawdopodobnie w latach 1727 - 1743 na potrzeby parafii pod wezwaniem Wszystkich Świętych (zmiana nastąpiła w 1954 roku na "parafia pod wezwaniem Wniebowzięcia Najświętszej Marii Panny") i do tej pory znajduje się w głównym ołtarzu. Co roku jest odsłaniany 1 listopada.
The original painting was painted probably in the XVIII century for the All Saints' Presbitery (in the 1954 the presbitery changed its name for the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary). Since then it has been placed in the main altar. It is shown to the public every All Saints' Day.
